Crafted by Australia’s Most Awarded Meadery, this extraordinary melomel was judged Number 1 in the World at the Mead Madness Cup in Kraków, Poland.
Made from raw Queensland macadamia blossom honey and fresh Davidson’s plums grown on the slopes of Mt Pinbarren, this small-batch mead is carefully fermented to bring together golden honey richness with bright native fruit acidity.
The result is a beautifully structured mead with layers of honey, plum tartness, and a long elegant finish.
