Crimson Hive is a limited-release Australian jaboticaba mead crafted from fresh jaboticaba fruit and premium Queensland macadamia honey at Amrita Park Meadery.
Native to Brazil, jaboticaba produces an extraordinary fruit with flavours reminiscent of grape, plum and dark berries. Carefully fermented with fragrant macadamia honey, Crimson Hive develops a deep ruby colour, rich fruit character and smooth honey finish.
Awarded a Silver Medal at the Australian National Mead Competition, this 2025 vintage showcases the balance between vibrant fruit expression and traditional mead making.
Serve lightly chilled.
Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, desserts and rich game meats.
