A Traditional Mead created using a blend of 3 Raw Eucalypt Honeys including Bloodwood, Fermented with a selected yeast to highlight the Dark and Bold notes presenting in the Honey

This unique small batch Mead is further enhanced by aging on Oak for 12 months to produce a remarkably smooth Mead with a distinguishing start, an agreeable hint of Bourbon and a pleasant acidity balance on the finish.
