Crimson Hive – Jaboticaba Mead

This unique jaboticaba melomel combines fresh jaboticaba berries with rich Blue Gum honey to create a beautifully layered Australian fruit mead.

Jaboticaba is a remarkable fruit native to Brazil, often described as tasting like a blend of grape, plum and tropical berries. When fermented with Blue Gum honey, it produces a deep ruby mead with vibrant berry character, gentle tannins and a smooth lingering sweetness.

Crafted in small batches at Amrita Park Meadery — Australia’s most awarded meadery, this mead celebrates both rare fruit and distinctive Australian honey.

The result is a rich, complex melomel with bright fruit expression balanced by the depth and structure of Blue Gum honey.

Serve lightly chilled.

Perfect alongside dark chocolate, desserts and strong cheeses.
