A premium traditional mead crafted from 100% Central Queensland Blue Gum honey and matured with French oak. Smooth and elegant, with eucalyptus and subtle florals, warm oak, rich honey, vanilla and light caramel, finishing long and beautifully balanced.

An exceptionally limited Australian mead matured in a single 20-litre Tasmanian oak cask previously used for Launceston Distillery’s peated single malt whisky. Rich Ironbark honey meets peat smoke, toasted oak and warm campfire character, with a full, lingering finish.

A limited-release Australian mead matured in a single 20-litre Tasmanian oak ex-Bourbon cask. Rich Ironbark honey meets toasted oak, vanilla and warm Bourbon character, with floral notes and a smooth, lingering finish.

A vibrant fruit mead crafted with mandarin, lemon, mango, jaboticaba, acerola and strawberry, brought together with honey from our own Noosa Hinterland property. Fragrant and fruit-forward, with bright citrus, tropical fruit, gentle tartness and a soft, lingering finish.
