Blue Monarch is a premium traditional Australian mead crafted from 100% Blue Gum honey sourced from Central Queensland and matured with French oak.
At 14% ABV, this small-batch mead showcases the distinctive character of Australian Blue Gum honey, with aromas of eucalyptus and subtle florals complemented by warm French oak. The palate is smooth and silky, with layers of rich honey, vanilla and light caramel leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish.
Made by Amrita Park Meadery in the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland, Blue Monarch brings together pure Australian honey and traditional meadmaking with careful oak maturation to create a rich, elegant expression of Australian mead.
