Strawberry Mead with Macadamia Honey

Description

Strawberry Mead with Macadamia Honey

This award-winning strawberry melomel brings together fresh strawberries and rich Queensland macadamia honey to create a beautifully balanced Australian fruit mead.

The vibrant aroma of ripe strawberries leads into a layered palate where bright berry fruit meets the smooth floral richness of macadamia honey. Gentle acidity from the fruit is balanced by natural honey sweetness, producing a lush and elegant mead with a long, satisfying finish.

Crafted in small batches at Amrita Park Meadery — Australia’s most awarded meadery, this mead highlights the harmony between exceptional honey and carefully selected fruit.

This mead has received multiple national awards including:

Gold Medal – Eltham Wine Show
Gold Medal – Australian National Mead Competition
