Crimson Hive is a semi-sweet Blue Gum melomel, where the lush depth of local jaboticaba berries meets the golden richness of Blue Gum honey. The fruit-forward palate gives way to gentle tannins and a lingering, aromatic sweetness. The jaboticaba tree is a marvel of nature—its dark, grape-like fruit grows directly from trunk and branch, forming a striking living tapestry. Beneath their firm, inky skins lies a delicate flesh, sweet yet tart, with a unique and fragrant complexity.
